Uploading Audio/Video files in PHP

I want to upload the audio/video files on server in PHP.

And need to download the same file thru User interface on client.

Can anubody help me for same?

I haven't the slightest clue what you mean by "User interface on client"... but as for the bit about uploading files to the server, you should take a look at this manual page: [man]features.file-upload[/man].
