How do I email a report on the 1st of each month

hi,

i have a table whose data is emailed on the first of each month. This currently invovles a user logging in and clicking on a link that emails the data.

But i want this email to get sent off to the user on the first of the month automatically. How do i do this ? Also since the user is on a different time zone from the server, how do i ensure that it goes off on the 1st and not on the 31st ?

1. cron job would be easiest.
2. Just adjust the time of sending based on timezone.
