I was sitting here perusing the PHPBuilder forums while listening to some music on the "Deep Tracks" XM Radio channel which DirecTV broadcasts. A song started which I sort of thought I recognized, but wasn't sure, so I looked up at the TV to see the artist/title listing. What did I see?...

Some sort of synchronicity? 🙂

Nah, I know it was something by Yes, just don't know the title. However, if I ever start a band, I think I'll call it T_BAD_CHARACTER. 🙂

Heh, no. I speak no French at all. Diction in college (music degree), and in the early 80s I was in a band called "Des Oeuf Casse". Other than that, ne parle Francais.

So, I search for my old band names, and this is the only place Google can find it.

Small wonder, could be our French was almost as bad as PiersK's?

Not to mention, one, maybe two performances. Nvm that one was on regional TV in the "MidSouth" USA (probably, in retrospect that would be the absolute easiest market to break into, save perhaps Alaska (north shore)).

And, nevermind that the bass player got a degree from Berklee (the music school), the guitarist a degree from Memphis State (didn't fall too far from the tree), and so on (dunno about the drummer, and the sax player became an I.T. guy, as have I).

So, there's the history of yet another ${artist}. In this case, it was an array().

ah, now I have the stuff at home but last played with my mates a year ago - and before that a gap of 18 years - so that's an improvement of some sort..

Since we're on music ... I've been wanting to parody a parody of the Beatles' "Let it Be" ... the chorus would be something like:

"PHP, PHP, PHP, PHP ... <something something something> - PHP" ... 😃

but maybe should be handled in the css

Well, we're making progress on it. I think strtolower() might work.

I can probably get an audio recording once the lyrics are done, given a little time.
