What if it's in within an array, though... can I still do it?
Here is the code I'm looking at... I'm trying to make the "store.php" files open in a new window.
// Album 0
$album['0'] = array(
"albumtitle" => "(In progress)",
"title" => array(
/ 001 / "Everything is Going to be Okay",
/ 002 / "We Were Broken Before We Began",
/ 003 / "(NO D/L) Someone Else's Problem",
/ 004 / "(NO D/L) From the Best of Intentions",
/ 005 / "Richard D James",
/ 006 / "(NO D/L) Discord and Delusion",
),
"time" => array(
/ 001 / "06:44",
/ 002 / "05:02",
/ 003 / "05:31",
/ 004 / "07:34",
/ 005 / "03:58",
/ 006 / "04:54",
),
"description" => array(
/001 / "Later",
/002 / "Later",
/003 / "Later",
/004 / "Later",
/005 / "Later",
/006 / "Later",
),
"download" => array(
