Changing year in php

I recently purchased a ladder script and the problem is, the "Match Scheduler" shows the year as 2003/2004. I asked the owner of the script and I was told to edit the .php file that contains this information, but when I looked in it, I saw nothing that showed 2003 or 2004. Is there something I'm missing? I've included the .php file in hopes someone will be able to help me. Thanks in advance.

Only thing I see is this part that sets up a select list for a year (starting at line 346):

         </SELECT>, <SELECT NAME='chall[year]'>
            <OPTION VALUE=2003 SELECTED>2003
            <OPTION VALUE=2004>2004
         </SELECT>
