Need some help, first script (only 50 lines)

Ok so I have been given this task as php practice and Im wondering why I'm getting this error

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end on line 52"

I have attached my code to this post, no doubt I've done something ridiculously stupid but I just cant see it for the life of me

You do not have a closing "}" anywhere for the if block that starts at line 6.

Thanks for that, the errors gone now 🙂 However can you tell me why this "Firstname: Lastname: Size:" is coming up when i run the form, i only want these to display after the submit button is pushed
