trying to find a tutorial on uploading

hello all,

i'm looking for a good tutorial on uploading images to a folder on my server and sending the path information and other details to mysql to hold.

If someone has some stock code, this would be even better.

There's some good stuff in this thread over at webdeveloper.com concerning the upload portion, including a zip file of the working code. And I'm sure a search of these forums will find you any number of threads on the subject.
