i have ACCESS database, and i have exported the data, and then imported them into a MySQL database, the problem when i retrieve data by PHP i got instead of the data a total ??????????? marks, and this is so strange ...
i have tried to change the collation into utf8_unicode_ci, no success ...
i changed the encoding of the page also .. no success ...
i dont know what to do, see the attached file please it shows more details ... i wish if you friends can help in this, because my work mostky depends on repairing this to get this job ...
