Ajax php class problems

Im currently using xajax for my ajax needs on the website. My javascript is rather rusty so i really love these php classes which make me not need to even look at it🙂

However currently im using xajax, which is absolutely great, except that the development looks a bit frozen and I just found out it simply crashes ie 5.

What ajax php class would you guys suggest me which doesnt make browsers crash ?

0.5 beta 2 was released not that long ago.

I've not had any problems with it but i don't develop for IE5 anymore.
