I am building a small content submission site and I'd like to create an easy way to add links to other created pages.

For example, when given [[JuJubes]], the text is reformatted to <a href="http://mysite.com/lookup/JuJubes">JuJubes</a>

Or, when given the text [[Have a Look at this Camel|Camel]], text is reformatted to <a href="http://mysite.com/lookup/Camel">Have a Look at this Camel</a>

I'd want the text to be re-formatted on the fly (display mode only, not edit mode).

Does anybody know a good way of solving this problem?
