Size of a database & Rows in a table?

i useing PHP5 and Mysql 4

i write a website about magazine. Everyday post about 10 topic. So i want to know the size of a database useing by Mysql and a table can contain how many rows in it ?

Please, show me clearly.

Wow! Reading the comments in that article really doesn't make MySQL look all that good.

Of course, it seems they've fixed most of those issues in 5.0.xx, so, my usual advice to upgrade to at lead 5.0.latest seems better and better.

Of course, pgsql handles large tables seemlessly, no need for mucking about with alter table and chancing losing your data when you do it.
