I have searched all over the place and want to figure out a qualitative method to properly assess hte projects I want to. I want to know if there is an outline that is created that can help determine or clear my mind in either if the project is too risky or not.
For example, entrepeneurs develop a business plan to help them asses the value and how the business is going to function. I want to know if there is a similar quality standard for web projects. I have looked everywhre and have asked some people but thye were really hostile and called me a spammer? I don't understand the spam in this. But anywho,
How do you go about assessing each project, I want set up a quality standard in my webfirm and proper procedures as one would do in an accounting audit 😛 .
But any input would be greatly appreciated.
