HTML formatted emails

I'm using Mac OSX 10.4.9 with Microsoft Entourage (email client) and when I send emails I would like to have a fully formatted signature at the base of each email which contained my logo etc. Is this possible using PHP?

Also... I wanted to know I go about compiling HTML formatted emails (with images in place, text formatted... you know, just like a web page) through a browser using PHP.
So let's say for example I wanted to announce and open day or something and I didn't want to send a standard email from my email client. Please see attachment as an example email I received to hopefully explain things better than I have.

phpList is an open source mail management system written in PHP. You might just be able to install that.

If that's too elaborate, there's also PHPMailer which let's a you create mail objects in your phpcode which allow you to set the HTML and Text-only content of a mail message before sending it.

Just google those names and you should get their websites.
