How could I make a website where users after they login, can post their articles on categories I've set up on the page?
I wouldnt like it to be a wiki style site, more like independent website, I would like to design it etc.
Could I take some premade portal that has that option, that registered users can input their text and pics on premade categories that I've given on the site?
