In the near future I would like to start a web developing/graphical company but I would want to know what kind of stuff should I look for the create a online company is there any laws and if so is a national or state...and how would my clients sign a contract? and if anyone has any suggestion please please tell me. Thank you.
Most legislations depend on the hosting country and /or the company country. really touchy for taxes. For example, no VAT is due when an EU company sells to an overseas customer, IF the buyer IP is outside of the EU when buying. Real nightmare.
