hi, i got a page which need to use "<meta http-equiv='Refresh' content='2'; URL='homepg.php'>". i place it at
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<meta http-equiv='Refresh' content='2'; URL='updatestatus.php'>
<TITLE>product.php</TITLE>
....

it cannot redirect. why
