I would normally use a php script for a simple form and have it directed to another page to confirm that the mail has been accepted. I am now getting a few requests to include an attachment facility for users to add things like "word" documents to the form.

Could anyone recommend a good formmail script that will allow a number of fields and also an attachment facility within the same form.

Been scouring the net for a few days now and not seen what I want.
