I know this is going to sound silly how do I just have the Header shoe up on the first page on MS Word because when I got to the second page the header was there.

are you serious? youre waaaaay off topic here - at least post something like that in the echo lounge, if you can find a board thats closer related to ms office than php builder...
check the header & footer preferences, youll find a checkbox that says "first page different" or something like that.
