In zen cart or oscommerce, they have the "countries" table and have about 240 countries in that table.

I don't know if that table have the most current countries information. Are there any place that I can download the most current countries information and upload to a zen cart like countries table?
2)
Are there any php/mysql countries management system. Meaning that I can sort the display order, edit the countries etc., or even the table value in batch with the current countries inforamtion. This system is not difficult to write, just in case someone already have built one I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
But the important is that I need to download the most current countries information and upload to my countries table.
