There is no reason why a person needs to design something 100% before it can be built - ESPECIALLY when there is a cms backend to things.
Technical problems often involve both design and tech getting together to find the best approach - and yes - that can influence the file design of things.
Anyways, this chuffs me up...
Edit: I just realized, that it's this exact kind of thing that sort of prompted me to join this place (5-6 years ago now) - the space between design and programming where people oftentimes simply don't want to speak the same langauge.
It's pretty evident...these days more programmers design and more designers program. But there are still alot people who live in the gap. Well, talking mostly about web stuff here...
