printing labels

i need to print some labels
however the label page has no margins
so the first label starts immediately at the beginning of the page

i have the data on a webserver and i would like to print them
i wanted to do this with some css, but the margins cannot be controlled
this makes it nearly impossible to create the correct 3*7 sheet of labels

should i instead edit a word, pdf, or rtf file
im not sure if the later even supports tables

I just completed a script of my own to print 3x1 labels with barcodes. I found fpdf and the manual/tutorials on their site invaluable for this task.
