right say if i have overflow: auto or visible (doesnt matter)
is there a way to then show the scrollbar at the top rather than at the bottom if it overflows?
Only in a few browsers, not enough to make it worth doing since none of them are IE.
I task that does not have no sense, is only one style issue 🙂 in reality the scrollbar it must be under for convention, to invert their position can only confuse.
