See if you can remove all the code except for the part that plays the audio. I suspect that your client doesn't have the plugins necessary to play sound the way that script handles sound, It could also be that you don't have Flite installed correctly. Again, the way to troubleshoot is to take all the captcha stuff out of the equation and see if you can just make the sound work first.
