newbie questions

Hi all,

I need your help. I am looking for a system that will give me the following:
1) web admin interface which I can use to admin my site, create html pages and edit them
2) authentication platform so I can authentica my users
3)DB - I want web pages that work with DB so I can insert data using web pages
4) I have an account on web hosting company. I can not run all of those make install scripts - what are my options then ?

I am not quite sure what you are asking here. If you are looking for a WYSIWYG program, I don't have the soultion for you since there are many programs out there, but my preference is always to use a basic editor and do the coding. Your database, running scripts depends on your hosting provider, not what program you use to write your script. The admin interface can be either provided to you by your hosting provider and give you templates, or you may create your own admin interface to interact with a database and the rest of your site.
