Integrate UPS Tools in PHP

I need to integrate UPS Tools with website in PHP. But I have no idea of doing it.
Kindly help me if anyone has any idea. Its urgent....

You need to sign up for a developers account with UPS. They give you lots of instructions when you sign up. It took us a few weeks to get everything working just right so don't expect to go live this afternoon.

Once you've created an account with them, you can open a curl connection and pass them XML and their server will respond back with answers in XML that you will need to parse.
