How to find good free hosting to run simple submit

Guys,

I got this program called simple submit from http://www.verysimple.com/support/. It submits our pages to many search engines.

I want to try that on a free website first. If it works well I'll make it life.

Anyone knows?

Basically it uses perl. (the files ended with .pm).

Anyone knows a free site that allow us to run perl program?

I tried one host and this is what I got when I tried to run the program:

http://martha123.kwikphp.com/submit.setup.cgi

I want a free host that will execute the cgi rather than displaying it.

Local Server Testing?

The thing is that script, though very popular, were once quite problematic. So I wanted to try it on free server first. That's fine. I have a non server hosting. I'll try there too.
