I've never had to deal with Listserv before...but I've been asked to build a fast newsletter thing and I'm trying to get my head around this stuff. Questions...
Am I right in assuming that how this works is we send our newsletter to our newsletter@website-listserv.com email address and then it will send to the group?
It's not going to matter if it's html or plain text?
Are users somehow able to specify whether the want html emails or not? How would that even work?
Is there anything out there that stipulates some design guidelines for the newsletter itself?
I'm reading...not getting very far with this. Anybody been through this before?
