Some advice needed

So I'm filling out a job application and it asks if I

ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, including driving under the influence or intoxicants?

Now, the Judge said if I didn't get in trouble again for one year, he was taking it off my record. It was 2003, should I still check "yes" or check "no"?

I'm in the state of New York.

i would say you could say no IF the judge in fact do that... i would verify that with the state, shouldn't be more than a matter of a phone call...

funny they ask for misdemeanor's... that pretty much means if you have EVER been in trouble, even for the slightest thing, misdemeanors are nothing typically... and in comparison to a felony, they are definitely nothing...

is this a gov't position or for a financial outfit?

oh wow I just found a loophole to their question. Instead of downloading the PDF application from their website that asks, I just did the "online form" thing, they didn't ask about past arrests. So I guess that's good 😉
