Does anyone know how to enable the ctrl-enter to send function in outlook 2002?

If you look in your registry at:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook[/b]
    and
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word[/b]

If you look in your registry at:

      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook[/b]
      and
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Word[/b]

EDIT: Oops, hit submit accidentally (how ironic). Anyway, if you look in those registry keys, do you see anything called "DisabledShortcutKeysCheckBoxes" in there? If so, what is the value set to at present?

        No such keys defined 😕

Then I'm quite confused. Hadit been working and then suddenly stopped?

My only other suggestion is a Repair or complete Reinstall of Office (can be done using the setup wizard on your Office install disc).

I recently started with a new company... i'm one of three in the IT department and none of us can figure it out... we just did a fresh install on the computer
