I do not know of any such tools specifically designed for PHP, but for automated functional-level testing of PHP web applications, you could probably use pretty much any of the major tools that support web testing; e.g. Mercury's Quicktest or WinRunner, Segue's Silktest, Compuware's QARun, etc.
