Create pop3 email account with php

I'm building a basic email reader script for my website.

And email send to that email account can be read by them in the "account section"

And it became a problem now, because everytime a new member join I need to create the email account manually in cpanel.

Any suggestion ? for make the process automatic ?

Maybe could use cURL but might be tricky.
