session problem

Hi Guys,
I caught by a common error 2 times in same page:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at c:\wamp\www\mts_customer\index.php:1) in c:\wamp\www\mts_customer\index.php on line 2

I just put this code on top of my page: <?php session_strat(); ?>
Should i put session function everypage php page?
Any solution please...

That usually means that you have output before you call session_start(), output includes spaces. So you may want to check for them.

may be a typo but

<?php session_strat(); ?>

should be

<?php session_start(); ?>
