login problem

Hello

I downloaded this script about 2 years back and installed it without a problem, I've tried to re-install it once again and I find a problem with the login, I've checked the php file and no matter what I do, it doesn't allow me to log in.
I'm attaching the files that I thing need to be fixed, can someone help me.

There's not actually a lot of php script in there, the only thing that stands out is that you may be trying to use it on a server that has register_globals set to off (which is now the default) whereas in the past you may have used it on a server with them on.
