Other Choice in a listbox

I want to have "Other" as a choice in a listbox and when this choice is clicked then a textbox appears that allows the user to add a new category to the listbox.

What you want can be done with javascript-based DHTML. What I want can't be done without more money than I currently make, or a very generous benefactor, or some illegal activity. You have more likelihood of achieving your goal if you google javascript: hide show

U can do it in the server side, with refresh on the page or something similar, but if u wanted on your client side then u need to use javascript ...
