[RESOLVED] Passing array with a hidden field issue

I don't have the code with me, so I'm citing examples.

Two fields:
<input type="checkbox" name="user_name[]...
<input type="hidden" name="email_address[]...

If I select the checkboxes
X Tom [e-mail]
Bill [e-mail]
Ted [e-mail]
X Rob [e-mail]
X Chris [e-mail]

The database will display
Tom [e-mail]
Rob [e-mail]
Chris [e-mail]

Why does the database get the checked names correct, but email_address (hidden) is always from the last email_address in the list?

will you please post the query you are using? are you selecting all fields or how is the structure configured

I simply changed the checkbox to carry the value for the email address, then displayed the name next to the checkbox. I had the checkbox with the username value, but that was to display the username on the next page. I am trying to get everything to run on one page instead, so I'm working on that now.
