Anchors Away!

I'm sure this requires a bit of common sense html thinking as well...just wondering how you link to an anchor when submitting a GET to the same page.

This is so when you submit an action halfway down the page it doesn't take you right to the top every time.

It would be good to know where to place the code as well.

This seems to work. Not sure how it would work dynamically, though.
