Incidentally, there is already a mechanism in place for reporting problem posts to the moderators; it's not necessary to start a thread here. 'Course, why it should be indicated by what appears to be a road sign meaning "Priority road" beats me.
Maybe it's supposed to mean "Danger" but the exclamation mark lost its dot.
"Police checkpoint/Customs control" would be more appropriate, I'd've thought.
