PDF open limit, dynamic password protect

Hello all.

I am curious to know if it is possible to lock a PDF from opening after a certain number of opens and also if it is possible to password protect PDFs in the same manner you can password protect WMV files.

What about the open limit? Even if it remains uncracked for 24 hours.
