[RESOLVED] Logging/Posting of Forms

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right forums or if I can even ask questions like this BUT...

I was wondering if there was any known pre-made scripts that log data entered from a form into some sort of database(could be a text file) which is then searchable and able to be displayed. I wanted this to be a searchable database so users to my site can view individual listings for 'reviews' of said items.

Well, Shawn, what do you recommend? I have used some of the popular CMS' programs but they seem to have a lot more options than I need.

Right now, I'm attempting to create scripts from the ground up. This is going to a process since I'm a complete newbie to PHP programming. Right now I just have a page that adds information to a MySQL table from an HTML form. I've also tried getting some search scripts to work. I also need something that displays everything in the mysql table to a webpage, so that a person can click on an individual listing and get the said information (like an Item description or product review). The current CMS' like Xoops, PHP-Nuke and all those have lots of useful options but none have I found that do the above.

Please let me know if you know of any already made scripts that do what I have described.
