Connection reset problem with a thread

Consider reporting it to your network admin. It seems to work for everyone else. Perhaps your network provider is running a transparent (or non-transparent) proxy which chokes on that particular page.

Update: Try disabling or uninstalling any software which interferes with networking, such as network-scanning Windows add-ons (which some antivirus claim to do).

It's something being detected by my Norton anti-virus:

Risk Name: HTTP TIF Folder Info. Disclosure
Attacking Computer: 62.236.73.209, 80

Presumably it's a false positive on that piece of security software.

Disable the rule which is blocking that web page. If your security software doesn't allow you to selectively disable rules, whitelist that page or site.
