Webpage freezes when inserting into DB

I have a registration page in PHP, worked fine yesterday, today when i submit the data, it hangs the actual webpage..

The data is placed into the mysql DB, and i can log in with that user id and password after i close internet explorer and open it again.

Any one have any ideas

can we get a link or some code. odds are there is an unclosed or infinite loop locking your system.

Can you reproduce the problem on your development site?
Does it happen on any other pages?
Can you see what state the web server process is in when this happens?
Is it reproducible in other web browsers?
Has anything else changed on your site since it last worked?
Are you on shared hosting?
Is the version of every software component the same as last time it worked?

it was actually a infinate loop, issue now resolved
