I would replace

if(!empty($_POST))

with

if(isset($_POST['usname']) && isset($_POST['mesg']))

I tried, but still, after I send the form, and then refresh, it sends the same data to the DB. How can I avoid this?
And I changed the code so the part that show the comments will be before the inserting to the the DB, and now when I send a message, I see it only after I send a second message and so on.

How can I fix these two problems?
