need help urgently

hi frends,

I've come up with a problem after finishing my project. My program inserts, updates and deletes data from MySQL database.

It is working perfectly, but i just now saw a problem with it. When we r inserting any data with a #-character in it...it is inserting the record, but when we try to retrieve the data, it doesn't show up.

Will be looking forward to hear frm u.

"#" is one of the comment-keywords in mysql. youll have to escape that if you want to use it - [man]mysql_real_escape_string/man is a good point to start at.
