Plz help.. radio button value passing problem

hi....
ive a problem... ive a radiogroup with same name... i assign value to it from database through a query. my problem is after i clicked on any of the button, it is passing only the value of the first radio button in the whole listing. but in the page source code it is showing the value correctly.
Plz help me to solve this
