[RESOLVED] switch to https for a webpage

How do I switch to https for a webpage where the customers credit card info is entered. I'd guess this is pretty simple but I've never done it. When going to the next page after this I want to go back to regular http. Using PHP4.

The website is already setup to be used with https so that part is done.

this really has nothing to do with PHP. if you already have access to a secure server then simply link to it (or more likely have your form's action tag point to it).

I ended up doing it like this:
