Show topic by date

i have a database such as:

table name: NEWS
columm: id, date, topic,message,author

Everyday i post about 100 topic

----I want group "date". To can view topics by date seleted. i used Select Group. but can not. Please show me how to view topic by date. Thks much

I woul;d advise that you stop using date for a column name. Date is actaully a reserved word - it is the name of a function. Now mysql allows you to get away with it for backwards compatibility reasons, but other dbs will not. Better to get into the habit of using a more meaningful name like datein for date input, etc.
