Survivor Football Pool

Hey Everyone,

What I want to set up is the following. It is a survivor football pool. There will be a list of all teams and the user has to pick one team each week, and can't pick the same team twice. So the next week when that user signs in the team he chose last week will be off the list. I have set up my webpage so that a user has to sign in and has his or her own user name. I am fairly new and could use help with any direction on how to get started. Thanks in advance to anyone that responds!

Have you ever written php before? If not this is a bit advanced for starting out. If you have it will involve databases and a good knowledge of forms in html.

Yes, I have written php, I would not say I am expert. I guess what I am asking is what would be the best way to go about acomplishing this. Any ideas would be helpful. I have already created a registration and login system which gives each user a unique 16 digit hash.
