Confused about the future of PHP.

HI Friends,

This is Dharam, a 20yrs old guy. Actually i want to make my career in PHP or in .NET

I know both language. But had built 7-8 live PHP websites. The ultimate aim is to make money actually 🙂 . But i found no big MNC companies are using PHP. What is the maximum salary one can get in PHP.

Google, Satyam like companies are not using PHP why ?

PHP has a future... ???

Please help help help me in these doubts.....

This is rather an old article, I seem to remember reading it way back when. But I decided to give it another go, and stopped here:

You can redefine a function defined by another member of the team. Developers need to have extremely good lines of communication to avoid this.

Sad case of someone commenting on something they don't understand.

Of course PHP has a future, considering it's on 33% of websites and it's one of the top 5 languages being used out there.

And companies like Yahoo, IBM, and Facebook are also counting on the fact that it will be around for a while. 😉
