MSSQL and MySQL at same time?

Hai all,

     I have one doubt. Can we use two database at a time in php5???

If yes how to use MSSQL and MySQL database in the same project..??

I have huge data in MSSQL data base i want to access those data in my new project which is in MySQL database..

How can i do it????

Yes you can. Just use them as per normal.

Yes you can, but you're simply complicating your development environment. Now every developer in the project, as well as any test environments etc, will need both databases set up in order to do proper testing.

I'd advise against it. What was the basis of the decision to use both of them?
