How do I count the no.of business days between two dates in php...

One way is to convert them to time stamps, subtract the difference, then divide the result by 86400 (the number of seconds in a day).

Look up function strtotime() as a starting point...

For business days, divide the number of days by 7 and multiply by 5 for a rough estimate...
